Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Steel Detailer with expertise in AISC, NISD, and OSHA standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tekla software for modelling, connection application, clash detection, and 2D drawing generation. Responsibilities include reviewing design drawings, managing RFIs, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Experience in miscellaneous steel modelling such as stairs, rails, and ladders is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team are essential for this role.

Job Description:

  1. Experience in AISC, NISD & OSHA standards.
  2. Hands-on experience in using Tekla software and applying connections.
  3. Experience in perform clash checks and running custom tools for input verification.
  4. Experience in generating 2D drawings including numbering, templates, layouts, CNC outputs.
  5. Design Drawing study.
  6. Able to raise RFI and justify RFI Answers etc.
  7. Responsible to meet project schedule with good service quality.
  8. Must have good verbal and written communication skill.

As per Industry standards We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Checker with a strong understanding of AISC, NISD, and OSHA standards. The role involves reviewing design drawings, checking 3D models, detail and erection drawings, and coordinating model accuracy across teams. The candidate should have the ability to identify fabrication and erection challenges and propose practical solutions. Familiarity with connection design and miscellaneous structural elements such as stairs, rails, and ladders is an added advantage. The role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to quality and schedule adherence, and the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux).

Manage IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.

Maintain system security through firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.

Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

Handle IT asset management and documentation.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues

Support software deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.

Required Skills: 

Strong understanding of Windows/Linux server environments.

Experience in network administration (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).

Knowledge of Active Directory and user permission management.

Hands-on experience with firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.

Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure is a plus).

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
